Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes is an American actor, is famous for her role as The Resident's Dr. Sydney Hansen in the NBC drama Providence and Dr. Lane Hunter in The Resident. The actress also won acclaim for her groundbreaking television debut in the role of Eleni Andros Cooper on the CBS soap show Guiding Light. The actress has also appeared on 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians, The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted into a feature film by Vlas Parlapanides (the couple who wrote the Immortals) has been reported to be on the way. Also, she's filming a new show called Gods & Heroes.
