Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is a well-known American actress. Sheedy made her debut as an actress in Bad Boys in 1983. Since then, she has performed on WarGames in 1985, The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award Best Female leading for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actress, and author. Her film career began beginning in the early 1980s, with the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of applause. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film with other actors also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In 1985, following her successful debut on screen that she appeared in, the actress acted in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club is regarded as being among the the best high school films. The film was made for just $1,000,000, but the film made in excess of $50 million. Additionally, she began participating in various television shows including CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. In April 1980, the show started airing. The show was designed for teens. Other shows on TV she was in are Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. The most recent of her appearances is Little Sister, a film featuring a superhero with Sheedy as a small cameo. Sheedy for her amazing performances has received numerous awards, one of which was an MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
